Job Title:

Medical & Surgical Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our medical and surgical supplies division in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have

strong outdoor sales experience

and a proven ability to generate and close sales deals. Candidates with a background or education in the medical field are preferred; however, those from other industries with solid sales experience and a willingness to learn medical products are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular

outdoor sales visits

to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. Identify customer needs and promote suitable medical and surgical consumables. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients. Generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate visit reports, client feedback, and sales records.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience is mandatory

(outdoor or field sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability and interest to learn about medical and surgical products. Educational background in

medical, biomedical, or related fields

is preferred.

1-3 years of relevant work experience

(medical sales experience preferred).

Freshers with strong sales experience from other industries

may also apply. Valid

UAE driving license

is an advantage. Preference for candidates on

dependent

or

own visa

.
