Job Title:

F&B HORECA and Retail Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive drives sales and expands market share in the Restaurant, Cafe/Catering and Retail sectors. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, and promoting F&B products.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research on industry trends. Build and maintain relationships with HORECA & Retail clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Ensure timely order processing and delivery. Follow up on payments and resolve invoicing issues.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the HORECA & Retail sector.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Personal Attributes:

High integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
