City Doctor is looking for a professional and friendly
Medical Aesthetics Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of
IVD (Intravenous Drips)
and
beauty treatments
. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in the English language. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
: Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Appointment Scheduling
: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for medical aesthetics and beauty treatments.
Product Knowledge
: Have knowledge of and provide basic information on
IVD treatments
and various
beauty treatments
offered at the clinic.
Patient Coordination
: Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating with doctors and medical staff for treatment schedules.
Billing & Payments
: Assist in the billing process, including handling patient payments and insurance verification.
Clinic Organization
: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new and returning patients.
Communication
: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, addressing queries related to treatments and services.
Sales Support
:
Upsell Additional Services
: Identify opportunities to upsell complementary services or package deals to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Increase Revenue
: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain Client Relationships
: Build rapport with clients to encourage them to return for follow-up treatments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a
medical aesthetics
or
beauty industry
reception role is an advantage.
Knowledge of
IVD treatments
and
beauty treatments
(such as Botox, facials, etc.)
Fluent in English
, both written and spoken.
Strong
communication
and
interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Sales-driven
with an ability to contribute to clinic revenue via commissions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using
clinic management software
and basic office applications.
Professional demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
