Our client here in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Medical Advocate - Project Leader and SME experience in Mental Health sector (Outsource). : Plays a pivotal role in shaping & overseeing the execution of the Mental Health Strategy of the Healthcare Sector. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcome initiatives in addition to identifying policies and procedures that guarantee an efficient, safe & supportive mental health ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Content: Lead the development of the Healthcare Sector Mental Health Strategy and what is required to be achieved in the short, medium & long term. Recognize the main challenges that need to be addressed in order to ensure the successful execution of the strategy. Determine the most suitable Mental Health Model of Care and identify clear pathways for all patient groups. Ensure that current and proposed services and interventions are comprehensive and promote diagnosis, treatment, recovery & resilience. Create a comprehensive governance framework with clear roles and mandates that operates in partnership with several stakeholders. Develop policies and regulations guaranteeing access to high quality care, financial coverage and safety and protection to all. Stay updated on relevant mental health regulations, accreditations & standards. Create new and innovative methods to help tackle and reduce the social stigma of mental health within the population and boost community involvement. Determine the actual capacity (workforce, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, etc.) required to efficiently cater for the existing and future needs. Project Management: Plan and develop a comprehensive strategy and initiatives execution plan with clear scope, outcomes, milestones, risks, & interdependencies etc. Identify all enablers that will ensure the successful delivery of the defined strategy and initiatives. Define a set of clear & measurable Key Performance Indications (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s) to measure the overall performance. Manage, guide, train & coach the Mental Health project team. Create accurate timeline for the project and ensure that all tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment. Anticipate and solve any issues that may arise during the course of the project and create rapid change or expansion when needed. Define the overall budget and assign accurate budgets to each milestone/task. Efficiently manage internal & external stakeholders and create open lines of communication for updates and feedback. Establish the best criteria to measuring the overall mental health of the population. Identify key data sets that needs to be captured in order to efficiently measure and monitor the overall mental health. Prepare status reports and updates by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Facilitates meetings that have clear objectives and meaningful outcomes. Required Experience: 10+ years of experience within the Mental Health setting, with a focus on protection and prevention, illness & treatment, recovery & reintegration. 5+ years of experience in a project managerial roleis required. Good to have previous management consulting experience. Skills/Competences:

• Previous experience in leadership position within the Mental Health setting.

• Strategic planning and budget management.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills to effectively share relevant insights.

• Able to work independently and lead projects from inception to completion.

• Able to multi-task and manage various project elements and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and writing skills for executive communications and project reporting including but not limited to presentations in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Skilled in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with groups or teams at all levels of the organization.

• Ability for problem-solving and strategic thinking.

• Demonstrated ability to confront and creatively manage conflict.

• Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to unplanned changes in schedules and priorities.

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Healthcare Management, Psychology, Mental Health Studies, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work & Counselling or related field is required.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Doctoral Degree in a related field is preferred.
