Build solid scientific relationships with KOLs, Medical Societies, Medical and Academic Institutions. Act as member of the multidisciplinary brand team. Help guide the strategic direction in TA. Help create convincing communication concepts in cooperation with marketing and external partners.
Major Accountabilities
Prepare and implement Medical Plans with different scientific activities, estimated budget, and timeline schedules.
Continuous visits to KOLs, for data update, ensuring safe use of products, and expanding medical experts\' engagements in all medical scientific activities.
Responsibilities & Duties
Continuous update of Thought Leaders of medical community with clinical trials data, gathering insights and challenges they are facing in patients\' management. Provide and receive constructive feedbacks.
Solid scientific engagements with KOLs, Medical Societies, Medical Institutions, with data generation, scientific publications, medical symposia organization, reviewing materials for speakers in accordance with Compliance and company\' SOPs, providing all needed scientific information as clinical trials and TA data.
Answer unsolicited medical and scientific questions.
Organize and contribute to Advisory Boards planning and execution.
Contribute to and approve the content of promotional materials.
Develop CME programs for physicians.
Develop health awareness and educational materials and organize advisory boards for Patients\' Groups and Patients\' Societies.
Update and train different internal stakeholder\'s departments (Marketing and Sales teams, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access team) within the organization.
Mentor, guide, and train MSLs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree, Physician or Pharmacist.
Minimum 1 year as Medical Advisor or 3 years as MSL.
1 - 2 Rare disease or metabolic experience is a must
