to support our international onboarding and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and onboard hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners internationally.
Maintain and update partner databases, agreements, and communication records.
Assist in documentation, proposal preparation, and partner follow-ups.
Support telehealth operations, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
Handle email correspondence and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient partner management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience
in admin, coordination, or healthcare operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
Ability to work independently and handle international communication professionally.
