FourPlus Media is a publishing and advertising company that caters to niche segments in the eyewear and perfume sectors, primarily. Besides its popular trade and consumer magazines \xe2\x80\x94 VisionPlus and ParfumPlus, the company also organises events related to awards and trade exhibitions as an extension of its publications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Media Sales Manager. The candidate would be responsible for all sales and marketing related activities, aligning the efforts with short and long term goals of the firm. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, driving business growth through effective media sales strategies. Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic language, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable navigating and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in media sales or a related field
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you proficient in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)?
