Job Summary: Looking for a Media Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets as well as maximize market penetration
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences as well as referrals
• Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business goals and provide ongoing support and exceptional customer services
• Carry out in-depth needs analysis to understand client objectives and develop customized media solutions to meet their advertising or promotional needs
• Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company media services to clients, showcasing how the offerings can drive their business success
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals as well as contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales objectives
• Work with internal teams including marketing, creative as well as operations to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
• Present regular sales reports, forecasts as well as updates to the sales management team, highlighting progress, challenges and areas for improvement
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-learning to stay ahead of industry advancements
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 or more years of proven track record of success in media sales or a similar sales role required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills required
• Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Strong understanding of the media landscape including digital, print, broadcast as well as social media platforms
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
