Job Purpose
To ensure alignment of the ENEC and its subsidiaries Corporate brand across all deliverables and oversees the correct application of the guidelines across new communication products and sub-brands, as well as the overall quality assurance of the concept and deliverables.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity:Branding
Responsibility:

• Ensure the correct use of the ENEC and its subsidiaries Corporate brand across the corporation, both externally and internally to protect the corporate reputation of ENEC and its subsidiaries.
• Liaise with other ENEC and its subsidiaries Functions and Divisions to ensure that projects use enterprise brand are in compliance with ENEC and its subsidiaries branding standards.

Brand development
Responsibility:

• Participate in the development of new sub-brands associated to the ENEC and its subsidiaries corporate brand, both internally and externally to ensure alignment with ENEC and its subsidiaries' corporate brand.

Creative Development
Responsibility:

• Contribute in the creative and conceptual development of media production and communication deliverables to enhance communications
• In coordination with the Head of media production, oversee the approval for ENEC and its subsidiaries branded campaigns, deliverables and other branded products before final production and distribution.

Production and Quality assurance
Responsibility:

• Ensure quality deliverables in accordance to the brand guidelines
• Ensure production of ENEC and its subsidiaries branded materials to meet quality standards and appropriate use of the ENEC and its subsidiaries brand and positioning.
• Maintain relevant records and reports of material produced, drafts corporate quality guidelines and drafts lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency

HSE, Security & Continuity of Operation
Responsibility:

• All individuals take personal responsibility for safety; follow company HSE policies, procedures and instructions; avoid complacency and continuously challenge existing conditions and activities in order to identify discrepancies that might result in error or in appropriate action; report any situation that could present a hazard; not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the environment
• Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission-critical activities.

The incumbent is expected to perform standard activities as per attachments 4 & 5 in the procedure (relating to Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Business Continuity, People Management, Excellence and Quality Management
