One of the leading Healthcare facilities is currently looking for a Media / Marketing & Communications Director - Emirati National for Dubai Location.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the brand\'s presence in the local and international market.

• Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.

• Public Relations: Manage media relations, press releases, and public appearances to enhance the brand\'s public image.

• Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events and promotions that align with the brand\'s goals and target audience.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for improvement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a media planning or related role.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of planning professionals.

• Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.

• Experience in business development and industry representation.

• Good command of English and Arabic

• Must have experience in a similar role

• Familiar with Government and Media and Communications Protocols.

• Work Location - Dubai.
