Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
Media Buyer
with hands-on expertise in digital campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has prioragency experience in Qatar or the GCC
and thrives in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube
. Develop and implementdata-driven strategies
to achieve campaign objectives. Set up targeting, ad groups, and bidding structures to maximize performance. Create and testad copy, visuals, and formats
(static, video, carousel). Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing forCPL, CTR, ROAS
, and other KPIs. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce impactful ad content. Implementretargeting and remarketing strategies
. Prepare and present regularperformance reports
with insights and recommendations. Stay updated ondigital marketing trends and platform updates
.Requirements
Proven experience as a
Media Buyer in a marketing agency
(Qatar or GCC). Hands-on expertise withMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
. Strong understanding ofperformance marketing metrics
(CPL, CPM, CTR, ROAS). Knowledge ofaudience targeting, A/B testing, and remarketing techniques
. Familiar withGoogle Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking
. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency inEnglish
;Arabic
is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
. Minimum2 years of relevant experience in the GCC region
