Type: On-site | Career Growth Opportunity | Immediate Start Preferred
We're a high-performance production factory, and LED displays, and other traffic safety products We don't do fluff. We design, build, test, and ship durable field-grade equipment -- and we're looking for a practical, skilled engineer to join our core technical team.
Your Role: Full-Spectrum Engineering on the Production Floor
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the workshop, and in the machines.
You'll:
Troubleshoot electronic assemblies, power systems, and LED components
Test and validate new units, debug any malfunction, and fix it at component level
Work with solar panels, charge controllers, batteries, and DC power systems
Monitor and request the top-up raw materials and electronic stock parts
Supervise production technicians and guide them through proper assembly and wiring
Improve production flow and quality -- suggest better ways, and we'll listen
Get involved in machine-related issues -- suggest automation improvements, wiring fixes, control panel upgrades
Be the go-to person when a product or a machine isn't doing what it should
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone curious, capable, and hands-on.
Must-Have Skills & Traits:
Strong background in electronics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
Proven knowledge of solar power systems, including:
Solar panels, charge controllers (PWM/MPPT), and battery systems (Li-ion, LiFePO4, AGM..etc.)
DC power regulation and troubleshooting
Able to use multimeters, soldering tools, and diagnostic equipment confidently
Good at reading wiring diagrams, PCBs, and schematics
Experience with embedded systems (Arduino, STM32, etc.)
Hands-on mindset - you enjoy building and fixing, not just planning or watching
Comfortable leading small technical teams (even informally)
Good documentation habits - clear, clean, and reliable
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Nice-to-Have (Not Required, but Helpful):
PLC knowledge or factory automation background
Familiarity with production or quality systems (lean manufacturing, ISO, etc.)
Exposure to traffic or municipal electronics equipment
Basic CAD or PCB design experience
What We Offer:
Stable, long-term role in a growing, technical company
A chance to work on real hardware -- not PowerPoints or simulations
A culture of problem-solvers and doers , just results.
Direct involvement in improving products, machines, and processes
Opportunity to grow into lead roles in production or R&D based on performance
This Role Is Not for Everyone
If you prefer office jobs, remote work, or theoretical engineering only -- this is not your role.
We are a hands-on factory, with long hours, real machines, and real outcomes.
But if you're the type who lives for solving technical challenges, wants to be deeply involved in building real systems, and wants your work to matter -- we'd love to meet you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
