Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical Technician

with hands-on experience in high-speed manufacturing environments such as

aerosol, FMCG, pharmaceutical, packaging, cosmetics, or food industries

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

on production and packaging machinery Troubleshoot and repair

mechanical systems

including conveyors, filling machines, capping/crimping machines, labeling machines, and packing lines Maintain and service

pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components

Support

aerosol filling lines

, liquid filling, sealing, and pressure-related systems (where applicable) Ensure equipment compliance with

GMP, HACCP, and safety standards

Assist in

machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades

Read and interpret

mechanical drawings, manuals, and SOPs

Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare-parts inventory Follow

5S, TPM, and continuous improvement

practices
Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or ITI in

Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology / Industrial Maintenance

3-8 years

of relevant experience in

Aerosol, FMCG, Pharma, Packaging, Cosmetics, or Food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of

high-speed production and packaging machinery

Experience with

pumps, compressors, gearboxes, valves, bearings, and drives

Basic understanding of

pneumatics and hydraulics

Familiarity with

GMP / ISO / HACCP standards

Ability to work in

shift operations

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

multinational or export-oriented manufacturing plants

Exposure to

aerosol filling systems or pressurized containers

is an advantage Hindi Is must Basic English communication skills
