Mechanical Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities:- a-- Maintenance of Aluminium Smelter Plant Process equipment like, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Utility, EOT cranes, PTM cranes and all sub assembly repairing. a-- Adeptly planned, executed, monitored & managed maintenance schedule falling under the following categories, Gear box, pneumatic and hydraulic system,Eot cranes, PTM cranes & its auxiliary equipments, heavy equipment. a-- Proficient with present production methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards like IMS, TPM and 5S technology. a-- Active participation as a team player within a cross-functional team to plan and execute QIPs. a-- Steering value engineering/modifications with the aim of bringing down energy consumption, Pollution Control and maintenance cost. a-- Managing & Providing leadership to permanent & contract team members for adherence to 100% Equipment availability, SOPaEUR(TM)s& Training. a-- Planned for Major Shut down Tool and tackles, material, Working Procedure, Schedule. Requirement:- Nearly 4-5 years or above of experience in maintenance of Aluminium Smelter Plant Process equipment like, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Utility, EOT cranes, PTM cranes and all sub assembly repairing.
