Job Description
1. Mechanical Technician Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical systems and equipment. Performs routine inspections, identifies mechanical issues, and ensures all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
2. ELV Technician (Extra Low Voltage) Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems. Ensures systems meet safety standards and function reliably.
3. HVAC Supervisor Oversees HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Manages a team of technicians, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinates work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
