Job Summary
Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled
Mechanical Technician
with experience inresidential and commercial buildings
. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing mechanical systems to ensure smooth and safe operations.Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems in residential and commercial properties Assist in HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical works as needed Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions Support renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects Ensure compliance with
HSE and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Assist with coordination with clients and other techniciansRequirements
2-4 years of UAE experience
as a Mechanical Technician Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and related equipment Hands-on experience in residential and commercial facilities Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical systems Good communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field FM/HSE certifications are an advantage
