Job Description
Qualification:
Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Technical or vocational training in mechanical systems preferred. Food safety or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training is an advantage. Basic knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with conveyors, mixers, packaging machines, pumps, and other food processing equipment. Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical components and automated machinery. Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills. Understanding of utilities such as compressed air, steam, and refrigeration systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Team player with good communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
Salary : AED. 4000 -5000 all inclusive. 1 duty meal provided
