Requirement

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the following types of industries:
• o Manufacturing industries

• o Process industries
• Vocational Trade Certificate.
• Good command of the English language

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

• Perform routine mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machining work using conventional tool room equipment and other maintenance activities on equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and replacement of parts.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul mechanical equipment and parts in the plant. Also, diagnose, troubleshoot, update and repair malfunctioning utility equipment.
• Execute the preventive maintenance program as per schedules for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities.
• Assist the Supervisor / Manager in maintaining inventory (stock levels of spare parts and lubricants) used in plant equipment maintenance.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
• Perform other tasks and duties as allocated by a department Manager or Superior.
• Ensure and adhere to safe work practices and procedures including, but not limited to, lockout/tag out and confined space rules and regulations.
• Read, understand and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Maintain QMS ISO, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures and uphold standards of maximum safety.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities:

• comply with reasonable OSH instructions and safe working procedures;
• use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
• be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
• not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
• assist with the preparation of risk assessments; and
• report OSH hazards, incidents, and issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,100.00 per month Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Mechanical Technician: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Nepalese, Bengali, Sinhala, Chinese any one (Required)
• Arabic (Required)
• Any African Region Language (Required)
