Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, including: Lathe, Turning, Milling, VMC, Radial Drilling Machine, Iron Worker, Bandsaw Cutting, etc.*
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems -- ball screws, guideways, spindle units, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Conduct alignment, calibration, and part replacements as needed. Work with control systems and mechanical components from brands like
Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, Mazak
, or similar. Maintain proper service documentation and report maintenance activities.Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience
in CNC machine maintenance is required. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC systems preferred. Team player with good communication and time management skills.What We Offer
