Mechanical Technician
Job Description
Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs. Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records. Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies. Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings. Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment. Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
Related Experience: . 1 - 3 years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance environment. Associate's degree in a technical discipline could be substituted for work experience. . Technical/vocational training and understanding of chemical batch control operations preferred. * Must be willing and able to work off-hours and overtime on the weekends as needed
