Mechanical Technician
Job Description
We are hiring a Mechanical Technician who has expertise to install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment by following blueprints and manuals to ensure efficient, safe, and optimal performance. Key duties include troubleshooting issues, conducting routine and preventative maintenance, repairing or replacing parts, fabricating components, and maintaining records of all activities. Candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to read technical documentation and work effectively with engineers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Assembly:
Install, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components and systems.*
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and conduct repairs on machinery and equipment.*
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve problems with mechanical systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.*
Technical Interpretation:
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical data.*
Testing and Calibration:
Test components and systems for functionality and performance, adjusting settings as needed.*
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.*
Collaboration:
Work closely with mechanical engineers and other technicians to solve complex problems and provide technical support.*
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe work environmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
Diploma (Required)
Experience:
* Mechanical Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
