Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery in a steel manufacturing environment.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment functionality and safety.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities, including documenting any necessary adjustments or replacements.
Operate and maintain various hand and power tools used in mechanical work.
Assist in the development and improvement of mechanical systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing mechanical work.

Skills Required:

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidates with background in Cement Industry (REQUIRED)
Relevant technical certifications and/or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience working as a mechanical technician in a cement production or similar industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in an industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
