- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules of all rotary and static equipment at Biofuel Plant. Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of equipment and identify problems in a timely manner. Make sure the readiness of the standby equipment thereby enhancing reliability of the equipment. - Do condition monitoring activities of all rotary equipment\xe2\x80\x99s of the Plant e.g (Vibration analysis, Laser Alignment, steam traps checking etc.) undertake maintenance , repairs, minor improvement and extra works across the rotary equipment, Pumps (Axial flow, Centrifugal, Positive Displacement, Pneumatic Pumps and Diaphragm type Pumps), air Compressors, reactor Agitators, Stationary Equipment, chillers, Steam Boiler and Thermal Boiler and all their associated equipment. Heat Exchangers (Shell & tube, plate type and spiral type). - Keep liaison with the purchase department to place orders of the important spares at the plant. Maintain critical spares parts at the plant to ensure that there should not be affected the production targets. - Works closely with the mechanical Engineer on other special planning and departmental projects. - Assist to prepare reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics. Main Tasks 1. Improving plant productivity \xc2\xa7 UCO & Bio-diesel equipment reliability and equipment availability. Day to day monitoring of the entire bio-diesel plant machinery and increase its reliability. 2. Comply with all standards and regulations. \xc2\xa7 Downtime of UCO \xc2\xa7 Equipment Availability. \xc2\xa7 Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting in the case of any malfunctions. \xc2\xa7 Adherence to the TADWEER regulations \xc2\xa7 Follow-up Vendor instruction while maintenance of the equipment. 3. Controlling Cost \xc2\xa7 Percentage drop of amount spent OPEX \xc2\xa7 Reduce the consumables without lowering the production. Aligning to the company\'s purchasing norms. 4. Maintain daily records and reports. \xc2\xa7 Prepare daily maintenance log sheet. Cleaning of the entire pant machinery. Well organize equipment maintenance history. 5. Employee Relations \xc2\xa7 Percentage of new skilled developed \xc2\xa7 Establish good working relation with the mechanical, operation as well as with E&I Staff by having good teamwork abilities. \xc2\xa7 Develop the employee skill enhancement program 6.
