Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Mechanical Supervisor

with a strong background in the fabrication and erection of pipelines, tanks, and structural steel works for oil storage terminals and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 3 years of GCC experience

and a hands-on approach to managing site teams, supervising mechanical works, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation, fabrication, and erection of pipelines and mechanical equipment at industrial and oil storage terminal projects. Oversee daily mechanical operations and ensure smooth progress of project activities on site. Monitor the fabrication of structural components and piping systems to meet project specifications and standards. Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and subcontractors for work scheduling and material planning. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting of site activities. Assist in planning, estimating, and costing of mechanical works. Lead and guide the mechanical team, providing technical support and training when necessary. Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC protocols and HSE standards at the site. Identify and resolve any technical or site issues proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GCC, especially in oil storage terminal construction, pipeline fabrication, or industrial projects. Proven expertise in the

construction of storage tanks, pipeline networks, and fabrication works

. Strong background in mechanical supervision with hands-on site experience. Sound knowledge of technical drawings, P&ID, and fabrication standards.
