Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily work of fitters, welders, and helpers
Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
Maintain and repair all types of pumps (centrifugal, vacuum, gear, booster, etc.), motors, boilers, compressors, chillers, gearboxes, blowers, valves, and other plant equipment
Manage spare parts inventory and request reorders when needed
Ensure all tools, lifting equipment, and forklifts are in good working condition
Maintain daily maintenance logbooks and prepare monthly reports
Follow all safety procedures and the work permit system
Support plant shutdowns, small project works, and team training initiatives
Skills Required:
Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience
Good leadership and team management abilities
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, report preparation, etc.)
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
