Job Description
Decision Management Consultants is hiring "Mechanical Supervisor" for one of our client based in UAE. Responsibilities:
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance services.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs and even servicing of production equipment (Crusher, Mill, Kiln, Packers, Shredder and Conveyors).
- Packer\xe2\x80\x99s includes manual and automatic (Flsmidth Ventomatic), loading and unloading.
- Servicing of industrial equipment\xe2\x80\x99s like air compressor, blower, gearbox, pumps, valves etc
- Maintenance execution of rotating and static equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, hydraulic, power transmission, lubrication, process pumps, pneumatic etc.
- Erection and commissioning of ball mills, gearboxes, rotary packers, crusher & shredders.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals/drawings and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose causes of malfunctions by sight, sound, or actions of machine.
- Verifies the dimensions of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s or parts ordered to ensure accuracy and unnecessary waste of down time and have knowledge in bearings and seals.
- Perform root-cause analysis with excellent written and oral communication skills to resolve technical problems in the mill.
- Determining the amount of contractors needed to work during shutdown/breakdown times in order not to exceed budget.
- Comply with Safety and Health rules that includes ISO 45001 standard of Occupational Health and Safety management system.
