Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Supervise daily tasks, prioritize job cards, and delegate work to skilled technicians.
Technical Leadership: Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical faults, troubleshoot issues, and guide technicians on repairs.
Safety & Quality: Enforce safety procedures, maintain high housekeeping (5S), and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Team Supervision: Instruct foremen/technicians, monitor performance, and coordinate team activities.
Resource Management: Monitor tool/equipment usage and report concerns.
Essential Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
Proven mechanical maintenance skills (diesel/petrol, general mechanics).
Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment.
Common in:
Automotive garages.
Industrial facilities.
Marine settings (vessels/workshops).

Experience:
