We are looking for a highly skilled
Mechanical Supervisor
to oversee and manage mechanical works on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inMEP systems
within the construction sector and a strong track record of supervising site teams, ensuring high-quality execution, and adhering to project schedules and standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all
mechanical and MEP activities
on assigned projects. Coordinate withproject engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project specifications. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according todrawings, specifications, and standards
. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Conduct regularsite inspections and quality control checks
to maintain high standards. Providetechnical guidance and support
to site technicians and junior staff. Ensure adherence tosafety regulations, codes, and best practices
on site. Assist in planning and allocating resources, tools, and manpower efficiently. Maintain accurateproject documentation, progress reports, and material records
. Identify and resolve any site-related issues or technical challenges promptly.Key Requirements:
Candidates must be
currently available in the UAE.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience
in construction, with strong exposure toGCC projects
preferred. In-depth knowledge ofMEP systems, codes, and standards
. Strongleadership, coordination, and communication skills
.UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
