We are seeking a diligent and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance and installation activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, demonstrating strong supervisory skills, technical expertise, and knowledge of local safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical work activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Monitor daily work progress and provide technical guidance to the mechanical team. Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and work orders. Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of materials and equipment. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays. Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures. Excellent supervisory and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and standards. Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety-conscious work environment. Maintain documentation related to work progress, inspections, and safety reports. Assist in planning and scheduling mechanical activities in coordination with project timelines.
