Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor with a minimum of three years of experience in marine workshop and ship repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical and hydraulic fitters, overseeing project progress, and preparing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of mechanical and hydraulic fitters in the marine workshop. Oversee and coordinate ship repair projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Prepare and submit daily reports on the status of ongoing projects. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in marine workshop and ship repairs. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of mechanical/hydraulic fitters. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in preparing detailed project reports. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a marine workshop environment. Preferred age (Below 35)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
