Mega Top is looking for Garage Supervisor/ Senior Mechanic Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of luxury car mechanics, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Ensure a collaborative and positive working environment within the workshop. Technical Oversight: Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various luxury car models. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets manufacturer and company standards. Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in luxury car mechanics. Workshop Management: Plan and organize daily workflow to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure availability. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development among the mechanics. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities. Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a luxury car mechanic in UAE, with 3 years in a supervisory role. Relevant certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field. Extensive knowledge of luxury car models, systems, and components. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and technology.
