Job Description
- Lead and implement the safety and training programs, including (but not limited to) the development of the Risk management, Standard Operating Procedures, (SOP\xe2\x80\x99s), Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP\xe2\x80\x99s), Workplace Inspections, Task Observations and Training programs
- Ensure team members are focused on and comply with the site safety standards
- Elaborates short and medium term work planning together with the foremen and the supervisors
- Manages the contractor employees and the engineers\xe2\x80\x99 team
- To line manage immediate staff ensuring resources are allocated evenly and performance issues are dealt with in accordance with the HR policies and procedures
- Plan workload and resources
- Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
- Act as the primary contact for the team
- Makes recommendations on human resources actions
- Monitor and drive engineering standards and ensure alignment with product teams cross-functional teams
- All candidates need to have ITI/Diploma certificate from recognized university from their home country.
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Facilities management/Maintenance is mandatory
- Should be able to communicate well in English
