Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage site execution of

carbon steel pipeline installation

, welding works, and mechanical activities for chilled water networks. Lead and monitor direct manpower, ensuring proper work allocation, productivity, and adherence to safety requirements. Coordinate daily work activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all mechanical installations comply with drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. Conduct inspections and verify welding activities, fit-ups, alignments, and materials used on site. Identify any technical issues at site and coordinate solutions with engineering or management teams. Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and manpower logs. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote safe working practices at all times. Assist in testing, commissioning, and pipe network pre-commissioning activities when required. Support quality documentation preparation, including checklists, inspection requests, and work records.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field (preferred). Minimum

5-8 years of relevant experience

in the UAE or GCC. Strong background in

carbon steel pipeline installation, welding supervision, and chilled water network systems

. Proven experience in

site supervision and manpower management

. Knowledge of mechanical drawings, isometrics, and piping layouts. Familiarity with welding processes (SMAW/GTAW) and applicable standards. Strong communication and leadership skills.
