Assign task to team of mechanics2.2
Communicate and give clear instructions to team members2.3
Assign job cards to technicians and monitor their productivity2.4
On job training for new employees and providing Team Members with daily objectives, developing and implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity and communicating with middle management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals2.5
Develop a strategy that the team members can use to better reach a targeted goal2.6
Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the WIP jobs on track and on schedule2.7
Test drive and confirm if job is completed to the satisfaction of the client or as per work order2.8
Make physical quality check after job completion and affix his signature as a confirmation on the job card2.9
Manage day to day operations2.10
All other assigned jobs2.11
Technical trouble shooting and advise for repairsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Automobile : 10 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE driving license (Required)
