Job Description
We are looking for an
Mechanical Supervisor
with 10 to 15 years of experience in waste incineration, petrochemical industries, or production plant maintenance, holding minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and maintenance staff. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Perform regular inspections and ensure adherence to maintenance protocols. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any equipment-related issues. Oversee the installation of new mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring proper setup and testing. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. Provide guidance and training to mechanical team members on best practices and safety protocols. Review and recommend improvements for maintenance processes and equipment. Ensure timely procurement of parts and materials for mechanical maintenance tasks.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
