Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of Mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate daily site activities, managing a diverse team of subcontractors and ensuring efficient workflow. Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and compliance records. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion tasks within project timelines. Monitor resource allocation, including materials and manpower, to maintain project efficiency and budget adherence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience of at least 3 years in Mechanical supervision on large-scale construction projects. Hands-on experience with local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Exceptional problem-solving ability, allowing for quick resolution of on-site issues in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team on-site. A proactive approach towards safety and compliance, with a track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
