Job Description
A Mechanical/Structural Draftsman creates detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical components or structural systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit). They work under engineers or designers to produce accurate schematics, assembly diagrams, and fabrication layouts for machinery, equipment, or building structures.

- Prepare 2D/3D drawings based on engineering sketches and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards (e.g., ASME, AISC, ISO).
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients.
- Assist in material selection, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Maintain documentation and drafting standards.
