Mechanical Site Engineer (hvac)

Job Description
:
- Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Review MEP drawings, resolve technical issues, and provide on-site solutions.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards as per project requirements.
- Prepare daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (DX, Chilled Water, VRF, etc.).
- Familiarity with Dubai/UAE regulations (DM, ADDC, DEWA, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and HVAC design software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
