Mechanical Sales Engineer – Hvac & Plumbing
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Sales Engineer with strong estimation capabilities and solid technical knowledge in HVAC and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE market experience and the ability to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimations, BOQs, and tenders for HVAC & Plumbing projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and client requirements
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Support sales activities with technical proposals and value engineering
Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Assist in pricing strategies and project feasibility assessments
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
4-8 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing systems
Hands-on experience in estimation and costing
Familiar with UAE codes, standards, and local suppliers
Good communication and negotiation skills
Additional Advantages (Preferred)
Experience in retrofit projects
Exposure to high-rise buildings
Background in maintenance projects
