Key Responsibilities:
Creating detailed 3D BIM models using
Autodesk Revit
for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Preparing coordinated shop drawings and ensuring clash-free models with other disciplines.
Collaborating with engineers and design teams to maintain model accuracy and updates.
Implementing revisions based on design changes and site conditions.
Ensuring models meet project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and execution plans.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
Strong proficiency in
Revit (MEP)
and familiarity with Navisworks for coordination.
Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply technical details accurately.
Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork/communication skills.
