Full job description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer to manage and oversee plumbing installations for large-scale MEP projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise plumbing project activities from design through to installation and commissioning. Review and interpret plumbing design drawings, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery of plumbing works. Manage procurement and delivery of plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality, compliance with specifications, and safety standards. Resolve technical issues and provide support to site teams. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Building Code, etc.) and obtain necessary approvals. Prepare and submit project progress reports and update stakeholders regularly. Monitor project costs and assist in budget control. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Project Engineer in the UAE construction sector. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, firefighting, and sanitary systems. Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and standards (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Building Code). Proficient in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
