Join a leading manufacturing team and ensure production uptime by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing filling and packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on filling lines, packaging units, conveyors, labelling, and palletising systems
Conduct machine setup, changeovers, and calibrations per SOPs
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS or SAP; manage spare parts inventory
Mentor junior technicians and support continuous reliability improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
5+ years ' proven experience
maintaining filling and packaging lines in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, conveyors, and packaging controls systems
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
