Job Description
Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Must have a good knowledge in HVAC (especially Chillers, FAHU, ACMV System, etc.) and MEP systems maintenance and operation Can troubleshoot issues related to HVAC and MEP systems and recommend solution when necessary Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair.
