Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Mechanical Foreman

with at least

3 years of hands-on GCC experience

in supervising fabrication and erection works at oil storage terminals and industrial construction sites. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of mechanical works, particularly in pipeline fabrication, tank erection, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead mechanical site teams during fabrication and installation of pipelines, tanks, and related mechanical structures. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely execution of tasks. Monitor work progress and allocate manpower effectively to meet daily targets. Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and maintained in good condition. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Report daily progress and site issues to supervisors or engineers. Support in material handling and ensure proper site cleanliness and organization. Guide workers on site and ensure high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical or related field. Minimum

3 years of experience in GCC

in industrial or oil & gas projects. Strong understanding of

mechanical fabrication, piping works, and tank erection

. Experience in reading construction drawings and supervising site activities.

Key Skills:

Practical knowledge of

fabrication, pipeline works, and tank construction

. Good communication and team leadership skills. Ability to manage site manpower and subcontractors effectively. Sound understanding of safety procedures and quality control. Basic knowledge of welding, fitting, and mechanical tools.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
