Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor mechanical site activities (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting).
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure proper workflow.
Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and method statements.
Allocate tasks to technicians and labours and ensure productivity.
Ensure all mechanical installations meet quality standards and comply with UAE regulations.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and resolving site-related issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and site updates for the engineering team.
Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow HSE guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5-8 years of UAE experience
in MEP or construction projects (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting installations.
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
Good team leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with UAE safety regulations and site procedures.
