Mechanical Foreman

to oversee and manage mechanical works for our

high-rise building projects

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction industry, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to lead a team to deliver quality results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations. Supervise and guide a team of technicians and subcontractors. Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements. Coordinate with quality control teams to address any non-conformities. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other trades. Attend site meetings and provide updates on mechanical works progress. Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and team performance. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the project manager. Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all mechanical activities adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably on high-rise building projects. Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is preferred.
