We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the UAE as a Mechanical Foreman.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
