Mechanical Foreman

Work Location: RLIC, Qatar

Project: Oil & Gas / LNG / Petrochemical

Position: Mechanical Foreman

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years total experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power Plant projects

Minimum 8 years of experience as Mechanical Foreman

Diploma / Vocational / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Technology

Experience in installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, fans, heat exchangers, vessels, storage tanks, firefighting and lifting equipment

Able to read and interpret P&ID and GA drawings

Knowledge in equipment alignment, flange parallelism, and use of mechanical tools

Strong leadership skills to supervise technicians and workers at site

Excellent communication in English

Physically fit and willing to work overtime/shifts

Experience in LNG projects will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical technicians and workers during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities Ensure safe and quality execution of all mechanical works Coordinate with Supervisors/Engineers for daily tasks and progress reporting Maintain tool and material inventory for site activities Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety practices
