Mechanical Foreman
Job Description
Experience Required: 3-5 years in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and site requirements accurately.
Allocate and direct workforce to achieve daily and project targets.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
Coordinate with site/project engineers to follow job instructions and method statements.
Conduct toolbox talks and induction training for workers.
Ensure availability and proper use of material, tools, and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical systems issues and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in mechanical foreman role within MEP projects.
Ability to read drawings and estimate material quantities.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Chilled water, VRF systems.
Experience working in GCC region is preferred.
Must ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
