Qualifications:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in supervising mechanical works within the UAE.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and guide the team accordingly.
Expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and other mechanical systems.
Strong team management skills and task distribution capabilities.
Ability to handle and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficient in using basic mechanical design tools and software like AutoCAD.
Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of mechanical works on-site and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage and guide the technical team and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress as per the plans.
Monitor the progress of mechanical works and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Coordinate with other teams (electrical, civil) for smooth on-site coordination.
Prepare daily reports on work progress and any challenges or issues on-site.
